Cool Car did an excellent job changing out my outside and inside unite. They are not afraid of talking and learning what my wants and needs are. The three guys that showed up were quick and efficient; they had the work done. operating, and checked-out before lunch. Their price was better than the competition. I have been an AC owner/user in Houston for 45 years. They are the best of the best.
I would highly recommend Cool Care based on the service that we received. Chris was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We signed a service contract with him which has him coming out twice a year to inspect the systems in the house which gives me peace of mind that everything will last a long time and we can catch problems before they become huge. We also got a quote for a new system from him for when the inevitable happens and it was reasonably priced, especially considering his track record of standing by his work. I feel better knowing that Cool Care is our service provider for your A/C and heat.

Gotta tell ya... a plus to this site is getting recommendations by neighbors...well, after much research and bids, we went with MY first choice, Cool Care. And i couldn't be more pleased. Our a/c passed away, on friday the 15th. i had 3 bids, and besides a better price, this company is pro all the way. Punctual, knowledgeable, efficient are just a few of the adj.....but you get my point. I could not be more pleased...thanks to Chris, Rodger and the crew. In 1 day, my cooling was back to awesome; couldn't have gone more smoothly.........thanks ya'll !!! Don't waste time shopping, just call Cool Care -

I had a powerful custom vent installed that needed to be vented to the outside. It required more experience than installing the standard 4" vent pipe, this one used a 10" pipe. I spent months trying to find a residential hvac guy that would be able to do it, but they either didn't have the right experience or didn't want to mess with the roof. A few of them even came and looked at the job but never called back. Nicole and Chris at cool care were very helpful and responsive. Nicole was very nice and eager to earn our business. Chris was very informative and took his time to figure out the best solution to getting the job done. He coordinated with a roofer that he brought to ensure the whole job was done right. The attention to detail and quality of the job left me totally satisfied and pleased with the experience. It's not easy to find good people like this anymore. Use these guys, you won't regret it.
