The owner Chris is always willing to go above and beyond to help anytime ive got an issue or even a question. Their pricing is great and will always explain why something is being done a certain way and what that benefit might be.
Cool Care called me with a reminder for my fall check-up, which I really appreciated. Michael was friendly, courteous, competent and professional, and wore a mask and shoe covers. Couldn't ask for anything more!
Updated July 19, 2021: Cool Care has been incredibly helpful and patient while I worked through what caused a water stain on my ceiling. The roofer claimed it was an a/c problem, so Cool Care came out on three separate occasions at no charge to check what the roofer claimed was the problem. It was finally determined to be a flue vent - a roofing problem. I am beyond being just a satisfied Cool Care Customer; I'm a fan.
Update 12/16/21: Still a fan! They sent me a reminder of my upcoming semi-annual preventive trip, arrived on time, spent several hours in the attic and outside, and gave the equipment clean bills of health.
