Cool Care came to diagnosis, identify, and document a previous company's improper installation of my AC system. The technician, Jose, and staff were very kind with helping me figure out the mess the previous company made and how to move forward with getting the proper repairs made. HIGHLY recommend!
19-year old a/c compressor was failing. Called on a Monday and made a Tuesday appointment to discuss options. Very pleasantly surprised when work began the next day with removal of old ductwork and equipment, followed by installation of new ductwork and equipment. Work crew was tops, courteous, patient, and worked very hard to get a/c system up and running by 8:00 pm the first day, completing the secondary work the following day.
Technicians are always professional, hardworking, and knowledgeable. I've been a customer for over 5 years, and have always been pleased with the service!
