Michael showed up today to service my heating system. He spent approx 1 hr here making sure our system was operating properly and then left me with a detailed report of everything that was checked. Excellent service by Michael. Thanks to Chris and all the service techs at Cool Care.

I signed up for the AC/Heater check-up twice a year. Chris came by for my winter service. I noticed a light in my attic had dislodged and he fixed it for me. This was not something that was on his "to-do" list, but fixed it anyway. Wonderful ethics!!!

The tech that came out was on time, very polite and explained everything very thoroughly.
Although our issue was user error, Cool Care tried to identify the issue over the phone to save us the service call. Of course the a/c went out on a Saturday night but, even with the weekend surcharge, it was worth it. The tech was right on time and quickly identified the issue. Will definitely use again.
