This is the best a/c company in Houston! They know what they are doing, they have fair prices for new systems, they are responsive for urgent repairs (especially if you are in their maintenance program) and they are honest and trustworthy—which isn't something you can say for some of their competitors, who are happy to sell you equipment you don't need at inflated prices. Chris, the lead technician, is the absolute best. Love this company.
Great company and great people! I can not say enough good things about them. Price is very competitive, they were on time or early for every appointment, and fixed everything right the first time. What more could you ask for?

Cool Care installed a whole new HVAC system for us about 6 years ago. We have them come twice a year for a system check. We've always received amazing service. This is the first time we've actually had an issue with our system - the downstairs unit wasn't cooling like normal. When I called, they made me a same day appointment. The guys came and were super professional and explained the diagnosis, the warranty discount and immediately booked an appointment for the following day. They also charged the unit and added coolant to get us through the night with cool temps inside. They showed up on time the following day and took care of business efficiently and with great customer service.
We highly recommend Cool Care and will continue to utilize their services.
