I own several single family homes that are rental property. When you have a tenant, you cannot wait days to get the AC fixed in Houston. Cool Care has been quickly handling all my HVAC work for at least a decade. They do a great job and I trust them to do the work correctly and on time. I cannot recommend them any higher.

Very pleased with the service. They came a little earlier than scheduled, but did call first. The furnace they installed they had done in a couple hours and it worked just fine. No problems as far as workmanship or equipment. Very pleased with what we got.
Cool Care installed two new AC units and furnaces on our house in June. They did a very professional job of installation and we have been extremely happy with the units. We have only had one minor issue come up. One of the blowers would not come on. Cool Care answered the service call promptly and had a repairman out that day. Fixed the problem in about 15 minutes(it was a loose wire from the factory). No charge under warranty. Great service and they stand by their work. I recommend them.
From Claire in the office getting the appointments set up to match our schedules to the great service technicians (Leo & Bobby) that came to our house, the Cool Care team has done everything we've needed both getting ready for the summer season air conditioning unit review and now preparing for the need to safely turn on our furnaces as the first cold fronts are arriving - we are new customers of theirs and could not be more pleased.
