We had a new AC, furnace and ductwork installed. The best experience. They were very thorough with their estimate which I appreciateed. Very professional. I needed an adjustment in one of the rooms and they came out the same day I called. We are so pleased with the new system. It's awesome. We found their prices to be fair as well. I highly recommend them
Cool Care does regular A/C maintenance for us and have always been thorough and honest with their evaluations. They found a leak in the fan coil unit and replaced it. This required them to rebuild the plenum box and reconnect all the duct work. They did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them.
Thanks Chris and the Cool Care team for a smooth and efficient process of replacing our A/C system! Going above and beyond like looking at our air flow and adding two new air returns to deal with a couple of rooms that didn't get good air flow, and increasing a vent size for the study that was always hot previously. Also adding high capacity filters on the inlet of all our systems so that we don't have to change filters in the walls anymore.
I had to replace a 16-year-old rooftop unit where the motor blew. And when the motor blows, it craps out in fine fashion.
When I purchased a new rooftop unit through Cool Care I also purchased a plan where Cool Care comes out every season to inspect the unit.
The rating is on the inspection alone and not the installation.
The office called to schedule an appointment. On the day of the appointment a technician came at the appointed time and knocked on my back door and let me know he was here. So once the introductories were out of the way, he set up his ladder to climb up on the roof and was up there a total of 10-15 minutes to inspect the unit. He cleaned my condenser and evaporator coil then came down, put his ladder back on his van changed out the filter inside the townhouse. And spent another ten minutes in his van composing his notes for my review. After completion of his report he asked for my signature and the visit was concluded.
No issues to speak of.

Called for an A/C problem that they were able to fix the same day. Excellent service and incredibly friendly. Will took the time to show and explain our system and talk us through the issues, which was greatly appreciated. Very highly recommended!!
Angel did our Summer maintenance today and was amazing! My husband and I are so happy we found this company when our AC and heating units broke a few years back. They are super professional, great on communication with scheduling appointments and with updating you on how the units are doing. Never have I felt like they are trying to nickel and dime us with services and products and have always been consistent and up front with pricing. They will always be the company that I recommend for heating and cooling!! Can't say enough good things about their service and care for their customers!!
Cool Care was very responsive in addressing the problem and our technician went out of his way to solve the problem of our dripping vent.
Angel was amazing!! He was so kind and knowledgeable. Very polite with great manners!! He told me step by step what he was doing, even showed me before and after pictures. Couldn't be happier!
After several companies quotes I ended up with Cool Care. They provided a quote that was in line with other quotes but what set them apart was the personalities of the owners. They were helpful in explaining the differences in systems. Standard AC vs Heat Pump. (Ended up with a heat pump system). I made a decision on a Monday and they came out the following day. Installation went well. They explained the system, provided a nice overview.
The workers were all nice and professional. They cleaned up after and hauled away the old equipment. I would recommend them.
