Explained everything they did so as I could understand, answered all of my questions and concerns, took my money, which was a reasonable amount and were out of here in no time at all. I highly recommend them and so pleased for the referral I got for them.
I found Cool Care Heating through google and they sent out Al to help fix my AC unit. Hes very polite and is detailed with his work. Pricing is competitive and its nice to have peace of mind having an experienced person take care of your AC. I highly recommend them if youre having issues with your AC units
Was traveling and was notified by relatives that AC was not working. It was a Saturday and thought it would be impossible to get serviced; not so, Cool Care took the call, responded to the service need, and were very professional and efficient. Price was very reasonable.

We had an urgent situation with one of our dogs doing extensive damage to our AC electrical system which had been installed by Cool Care. We emailed on a Sunday night and the next morning we received a call. Will showed up a few hours later and repaired everything well in an efficient manner. We were impressed by his professionalism and by the super quick turnaround to our email. We highly recommend Cool Care!!
