I would recommend them to anyone. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Honest pricing, discount potential, great financing options. Friendly, personable, and professional staff and crew. Backstory: I had intentions of replacing my unit, before summer hit (trying to get in front of it). My ac coincidentally went out the next day. 11am meeting on Thursday to survey, with the expectation to patch my current system while we wait for a new system. They had the whole unit on hand and I had cool air blowing from my NEW unit on Friday at 3PM. Thank you Chris, Nicole, and everyone else involved!
My AC stopped working this weekend and things got steamy real quick! I sent out an SOS to Cool Care and they contacted me first thing the next morning, got me on the schedule, and had things replaced and working again within 40 minutes of their arrival. The techs were incredibly polite, thoroughly discussed the issue and their intended solution, and provided an overall excellent experience with excellent service!
When our AC unit needed replacing g last year, we talked to and received quotes from 7 companies. Cool Care was priced competitively and the representative was very knowledgeable and informative. We have had 2 check ups with them since the installation and the technicians were dependable and experienced in their job. We are very happy with the service level of Cool Care.
We have been working with Cool Care Heating and Air Conditioning since 2021, when they replaced our upstairs unit. It has been working great since then. We also use these folks to tune our AC every year. So far everything has been running great with no break downs. The staff is also incredibly friendly and personable, always a pleasure to work with. We'll need to replace our downstairs unit in a year or two and are planning to work with Cool Care for that when the time comes.
Will is our technician and he is absolutely amazing. He is so meticulous and makes sure everything is taken care of and working perfectly. Cool care AC originally came out just to service our units a few months ago. We started a service plan with them and it’s been so helpful to keep everything maintained and running perfectly. Cool Care providing outstanding service in doing a full replacement of my outdated HVAC unit. To start, in their free estimate of the property, they were by far the most diligent and knowledgeable of what exactly my home needed, from unit size and new ducting, down to grill replacements in certain rooms.
Cool Care helped get us the right price and financing for our needs, and we’re extremely communicative throughout the process. On the day of our installation, the whole team were extremely diligent and respectful. Even after they had finished and left on a Friday evening, and we realized there was a slight issue, Cool Care came right back out and rectified the issue. I could not recommend Cool Care highly enough!

Everyone that has come to my house has been amazing. For my most recent service Al did a great job laying out all my options, explaining everything and again, no pressure with next steps.
